Reskinned are an incredible platform who are tackling the fashion waste crisis, keeping great clothes in circulation for a ton of amazing brands.

Coming from a fashion and e-commerce & sustainability background, I get to create strong, intelligent and deeply researched marketing copy and content for them.

I started out in their marketing team, building their brand tone of voice, social strategy and filming reels and creating graphic content.

These days, I work more behind the scenes as Reskinned’s dedicated content writer. I handle their press releases, LinkedIn and Instagram content, email newsletters, and long-form blog posts. I also write brand partnership content with some of the biggest names in retail.

Working with brands with a mission and a whole load of heart, that’s why I started doing this.

The Brand Collaborations

Reskinned partner with some of the biggest highstreet names, providing solutions for their deadstock and pre-loved clothes.

That means I get to write the expert content and comms for and shared by some big names on the UK highstreet.

I’ve written pieces, built strategies, planned reels and sales content that’s been used and shared by eBay, Finisterre, Oliver Bonas, Kickers, Dune, Anthropologie, River Island, Seasalt Cornwall and more…

The Writing

These days, I’m Reskinned’s dedicated content writer.

I handle their press releases, LinkedIn and Instagram content, email newsletters, and long-form blog posts, plus brand partnership content, social copy andddd… well pretty much anything they need to make sound good.

It’s all about educating about stuff that’s pretty technical, in a way that everyone can understand. It’s striking the balance between showcasing the brand’s expertise, and making them feel approachable. Educating, keeping a bit of a sense of humour while talking about the hard stuff.

The Socials

I started off in the Reskinned marketing team, filming content, shaping the social media strategy, creating reels and graphics - of the products and the behind the scenes life at Reskinned.

Plus building campaigns alongside the wonderful marketing manager, Coco, who taught me a ton about everything analytics and strategy.

It was a full-spectrum role, and it gave me the chance to establish a strong, unified brand voice across all channels and content types, and hone a strategy that was full of the soul of the mission.

Plus I had the luxury of trying and testing a whole host of ideas, giving me a really strong basis to work from with the clients I have now.
